Chicken Dijon

Chicken Dijon
4 chicken breasts
1 1/3 Tbsp. olive oil
2/3 chopped onion
2 2/3 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. rosemary
8 oz. crimini mushrooms
2 2/3 tsp chicken base
3 ½ Tbsp. white wine
½ cup water
½ cup ½ & ½
½ cup sour cream
1 1/3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 dash dill
½ tsp basil
Marinate chicken in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt & pepper for 30 minutes. In heated skillet brown chicken both sides until cooked through. Set aside. Add to skillet olive oil, onion and garlic and sauté until browned. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and heat on low until sauce thickens. Serve over chicken breasts with rice, fettuccini or fresh baked bread.
